The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention move against defendants A.K. Because of criminal acts, the participation or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraphs 2 of KPRK, concerning criminal acts fraud by Article 323 paragraph 4 of KPRK and defendants L. B, K.B., F.G.A.S., E.Z., H.K. and L.B. because of the criminal offense or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraph 1 of KPRK, concerning the criminal offense of Article 323 paragraph 4 of KPRC.
Defendants A.C., L.B., K.B., F.G., A.S., E.Z., H.K. and L.B. It has been assigned the detention measure in length of 1 (one) month for each separately, since the Court has concluded that the criteria have been fulfilled under Article 187 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.1 and 1.2 points 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 The KKPPRK's, due to alleged allegations that defendants committed criminal acts as high.
The court has estimated that there are legal reasons for the detention assignment, since in the concrete case the investigation is in the initial phase and the release of defendants poses real danger, that the same could avoid prosecution and influence witnesses, this work has been carried out through computer crime, and that with freedom there is danger that defendants through platforms influence, destroying them or affecting them.
The parties have the right to appeal against this ruling at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
