The court in the case of detention has taken into account the manner and circumstances of committing a crime, in the domestic environments, where after the defendant's fight and disagreement with the injured mother, he can tell that he will be deprived of life, in the way that after the defendant asks for money from his mother, and the same one had no money to give him, the defendant revolts and uses dangerous means, taking the axe to hurt his mother, with his fears of being damaged, causing anxiety about her life.
Against that decision, the dissatisfied side has a right to complaint, through the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the Court of Appeals in Pristina. The complaint does not suspend the execution of this act.
