Montenegro by tomorrow with new measures sets strict rules for Kosovars

Montenegro has placed Kosovo at “Yellow List”, a medium-risk state.
Kosovars wanting to go for stance in Montenegro must have test P CR Negative not older than 72 hours or a positive result for antibodies to a new coronary ( SARS-CoV-2) Class IgG or with a negative result of a serial test for IgM class antibodies taken from the serological test E No more than 72 hours old.
Only children under the age of five have the right to enter Montenegro without a PCR test.
In line with the European Commission's recommendations, specific categories of persons needed for normal functioning of living services and persons of clear economic interest are excluded from the above criteria. The Public Health Institute describes specific conditions for entry and movement across Montenegro for:
Health professionals, researchers and health scientists;
People who perform or provide transportation to travelers and goods;
Accredited diplomats in Montenegro, personnel of international organisations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in carrying out their functions
Certain categories of travelers in transit;
People who need international protection or who come to Montenegro for other humanitarian reasons (renewment progress is respected).
Kosovars passing only transit in Montenegro do not need a test PCR or E LISA. The transfer is enabled by controlling the time of entry into Montenegro, passing checkpoints and leaving Montenegro, without staying in Montenegro.
