The chairmanship decided that the Assembly will convene at the plenary session Friday, November 27, 2020, to review and vote on unfinished points from previous sessions.
On Monday, meanwhile, on November 30th, the new session will be held, in which, apart from ordinary points, statements outside the agenda and parliamentary questions, 12 other points will be considered.
The draft's first review of measures to reduce the cost of extending electronic high-speed communications networks is expected, while a second review of the Bill for Meeting and Changing the Law on Public Finance Management and responsibilities, complete and changed with Law No. 03L-221, with Law No.04/L-16, with Law No.04/L-194, with the Foreign Law. L-063 and with Law 05L-007.
In the course of the day, there will be a review of the National Programme on Implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (PKZMSA) 2020-2024, as well as the 2019 work reports of seven independent institutions: the annual report of the Free Jury Assistance Agency, the annual report of the Academy of Justice, the annual report of the Kosovo Memorial Commission for Management Management, the annual report of the Information and Private Agency, the annual report of the Independent Council for Kosovo's Civil Service, the annual Report of the Independent Media Commission for 2019, and the Report of the People's Lawyer's Council.
The appointment of Chiefs and Members of the NP COST Auditing Commission is also envisioned, as well as the election of chairman of the Nutrition Commission to the Regulatory Authority for Water Services.
On December 13, 2020, meanwhile, the Assembly will hold special sessions for persons with special needs, according to MP Fetah Rudi's request.
At today's meeting, Krysia decided to repeat the announcement of the public competition for two members of the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service, from non-Albanian communities.
