On that decision Osman also dismissed Lindon Kqiran, who is consul in Skopje.
But Lindon Kqira says he does not recognise Osman's arbitrary and political decision. He says this decision is biased, arbitrary, political and divisive, and, above all, unconstitutional and unprecedented in Kosovo diplomacy.
“The decision of the President of the Republic of Kosovo's Duction for my dismissal has, in my opinion, been brought against Article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, because Ms. Osmani has made this decision without prior consultation with the MPJD and Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
