And for their activities during that period, days ago, former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and former head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veselini took to The Hague for trial.
In the same indictment, former Kosovo Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi from the Vetevendosje Movement are included.
Although a single indictment, former KLA leaders presented the special presentation separately.
As Thaci and Krasniqi had their first appearance Monday, Wessel appeared this Tuesday before the court.
But by the Special Court in an answer to one of Kosovo televisions, they confirmed it happened for a reason.
But the situation can change in the next presentations.
According to lawyer Taulant Hodaj, if the indictment is not divided, the trial will be made for everyone together.
But until a major examination, there are a number of procedures.
Thaci, Veselin, Krasniqi and Selimi have travelled to The Hague last week after the war crimes indictment was confirmed.
