The site has said Simmons is willing to testify in the Kosovo Parliament on this matter.

“Simmons has initiated these violations even in the time he was here, but his demands have run into deaf ears”.

“He was not satisfied with the composition of that commission because he considered there were persons for whom he found irregularities. Then he has asked me to submit a request for parliamentary investigation”.

“Simmons has several claims related to the judgments being carried out by EULEX judges. It is a reliable source of evidence to prove what happened within EULEX”.

The archin has added that some of Simmons' claims have also been confirmed by the Constitutional Court in terms of the formation of juries.

The claim was that the court wasn't founded in harmony with EULEX regulation”, he said in Klan.

According to him, the court had to be formed by two foreign judges and a local.

“He has indicated readiness to testify in the Kosovo Parliament for violations that were committed during the judgments of several high profile cases on EULEX,”.
