Former KLA member of General Staff Lahi Brahimaj says the Special Court is unilateral, but he is willing to respond to an invitation.
“Even though this Court is biased to me again that the Kosovo Parliament has still voted it out, I respect parliament's majority vote and must go to the end of”, Brahimaj said on public television.
The KLA war is clear and ultimately the truth will prevail”, he added.
Brahimaj said his former fighters have expressed themselves willing to work with Specialised Chambers, so according to him, actions in Kosovo for their arrest were unnecessary.
“I think it has been unnecessary because of Limaj's first case, when the first indictment was filed at The Hague, Limaj and others have gone to The Hague and there has almost never been anything against witnesses. Haradinaj and the rest of us have responded to Court”, Brahimaj said.
The “All guests to The Hague for interviews have voluntarily gone and there has been no incident or boycott of justice”, he concluded.
