Kusari-Lila: Mr Haradinaj has indicated he is not at all entitled to president.

The Speaker of the Alternative, at the same time deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, warned the collapse of the Hoti government. She says that in the coming weeks they will reactivate the no-confidence motion against the executive. It even confidently states that there are currently enough MPs to invite the session, and then vote for the prime minister's dismissal. [...]
MP Kusari-Lila in an interview for Kosovo Press says they have not yet made the decision whether to ask for signatures from Serbian List deputies, following their pre-rejectment of the Hoti Government.
The “of course remains our current request for collecting signatures for the collapse of government or the distrust of the Hoti Government. But it will be revised in the following weeks our re-position as the Parliamentary Group, in terms of organising and receiving support and other MPs willing to bring down the Hoti Government. [...] I can't deny, I can't even confess at this moment and these circumstances. But I believe there may be enough Albanian majority deputies, but other minorities to invite the session first, and then vote the no-confidence motion for the Hoti Government. I'm thinking that when that point is reached, only some LDK deputies can remain who will support this government, as the differences are seen deepen between the ruling partners, but also the parties that have supported”, says Kusari-Lila.
She says the only solution for current political circumstances is elections. It is also based on the lack of numbers of the ruling coalition in the Parliament and the failure of the Bill's adoption of economic recovery.
The country can only have one solution, which is going to the polls. In an extraordinary choice that would be arranged, we confirm measures to maintain public health, as has been done throughout the world. Now even in democratic countries that went into election processes. The implementation of a government with legitimacy and an intensive responsibility and health maintenance programme, but also recovery”, she said.
Kusari-Lila also talked about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which it said should have overall re-evaluation.
These circumstances should have re-evaluation of dialogue, definition. We need to see the location and we haven't seen a strategy for dialogue. It means Kosovo's government has actually gone into dialogue with agendas defined by others, has not come out in an active way to determine its agenda. It has shown no consistency in attitudes which are important to the citizens of Kosovo, it has shown that it goes with the dynamic that defines anyone else”, he said.
The AAK chairman Ramush Haradinaj's candidate for president of the country and the search for votes for this post, Kusari-Lila, called it anti-unconstitutional. According to her, this proves he's not adequate for this office.
Mr. Haradinaj has indicated he is not at all entitled to this office, with the fact that he has begun to seek votes, starting to make contextal errors. There has been no basic recognition of the country's Constitution by offering votes to the future from the position of the president who is violating the constitution”, she says.
And for the appointment of the new president, Kusari-Lila says the next legislature should be taken after the new elections.
