Three days ago Kurt had been in touch with the VV candidate for the municipality of Besiana, Speedy Bulliqi. Kurt agreed that I slept best in Llap.
Kurt has long been campaigning in Llap along with other VVA members. Early municipal elections in the Besiana municipality are held on November 29th.
The elections are held after former mayor of this municipality, Agim Veliu, took up the post of interior minister.
