Kosovo journalist Rosafe Rexhepaj, who lives in Vienna, Austria, has said she has had to change two trains to go to the apartment.

I saw people in stations. It's hard to avoid public transportation. All taxi lines were busy and had to use public transportation”, Rexhepaj told Klan Kosova.
