Kosovo hosts US election winner's attention for dialogue, integration

Current President Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden, former vice president of America, are in the presidential race. On American presidential alert, analysts in Kosovo consider that, despite [...]
In the wake of the American presidential, analysts in Kosovo consider that, despite the 3 November outcome, America will continue to be Kosovo's main strategic partner.
Naim Rashit, who heads the Balkan Group for policy drafting, says that in the event of a possible victory of Trump, he will apply a different model for the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
While, if you win Democrat candidate Joe Biden, Rashi says he will try to bring back a unified West for Western Balkan issues.

Despite the American election winners, what will be certain is that the Western Balkans will have the attention of the 46th president of the United States. This, according to Rashi, because it will try to address some issues that are holding the region hostage.
I believe that both administrations will try to give Balkan solutions, keep the attention in the Western Balkans because of major global developments... Where we have no differences is the approach of Kosovo towards NATO, I believe the two administrations, and perhaps a stronger preservation, or a stronger commitment to maintaining Kosovo's citizenship, internationally, these two topics I believe do not differ from the administration, but the political reality is that vulnerable transatlantic relations between the EU countries and the US have damaged us and that should be somehow recovered, and not only because of the EU administration, but for the EU countries which 10 years hold us in dialogue do not offer final solutions to the process, Rashi says.
And international law professor Africa Hoti expects that even after the 3 November result, America will continue to be Kosovo's main strategic partner.
“I don't believe changes in American foreign policy will have reforms for Kosovo, despite the fact that Democrats and Republicans on certain occasions can follow different trends in foreign policy. The practice thus far has shown both one and the other party has been a strong supporter of Kosovo's citizenship and judicial and political subjectivity, and I expect it is behind the November elections, whoever is in power in the US will continue to hold Washington as Kosovo's top strategic partner”, says Hoti for Kosova Prees.
The role of the United States of America in Kosovo is deemed irreplaceable, both for freedom and independence of the country and for the future.
All of this is evidenced by raised busts and street names, which the state has placed in recognition of Kosovo's citizens for the US.
At the entrance of the capital in Kosovo lies the bust of former President Bill Clinton and the boulevard there bears his name. Another bust has become the former Madeline Albright State Secretary, then Senator Bob Dole and the street named after President George Bush.
While the name of the late presidential candidate son, Joe Biden, keeps a road linking Gjilan and Ferizaj, in respect for his contribution to Kosovo. /
