The act against Kadri Wessel was confirmed on October 26, 2020. He was arrested by the Special Prosecutor's Office on November 5, 2020, and transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague on the same day.
The Act charges Veselin with war crimes and crimes against humanity under international law for various forms of criminal responsibility.
