On November 2nd, another patient with Ovid, this time at “Shefqet Ndoqi” committed suicide by jumping off the fourth floor of Sanatorium.
And two weeks ago, it's going to be “Shefqet Ndkoqi”, a 29-year-old, put an end to life by self-exacting.
