In the Special's announcement, the victims reportedly include persons suspected as opponents of the KLA and later of the Kosovo Interim Government, namely: (i) Serbs, Roma and Ashkali; (i) Catholic; (ii) civilians for whom they allegedly co-operated with Serbian authorities or who allegedly contacted the Serbs”.

Meanwhile, in the revised version of the indictment, Catholics are not mentioned at all as a special category.
For this special formation, there have been big reactions. One who has reacted is writer and publicist Ndue Ukaj, who belongs to the Catholic faith.
Through a post in his Facebook account, Ukaj said such a formulation is foolish, political cigar and constitutes a scandal.
The truth is that Albanian Catholics, Muslims, protests and unbelievers alike have fought for freedom, independence and democracy in their homeland autochthon, where they were oppressed and killed by the barbarist regime of Serbia. Such a tendency clearly has dangerous political background”, Ukaj wrote
