Igballe Rugova seeks Selmanaj's immediate dismissal: Here's what I'm gonna protest before the government.

Finally, Igballe Rugova from the Kosovo Women's Network has made a harsh response against Driton Selmanaj, and such a statement denouncing the political use of war victims.
Contrary to it, on the other hand, we have a government official, Deputy Prime Minister Driton Selmanaj, who not only since does not represent interests fully of Kosovo citizens, but is even directly insulting them and their representatives, such as Saranda Bogujevcin, which has represented our voices. As deputy prime minister, his statements not merely represent him as an individual, but they represent the Government of Kosovo. So, through it, the government is insulting its citizens.
Furthermore, the Women's Network compares Selmanaj to former Minister Aleksandar Jablanovic, who had actually offended the blood-blooded mothers directly. In contrast, Selmanaj had said he was tired of the political use of war victims a valid criticism of his part, Periscopi notes.
Rugova has promised to do personal protest, which you may be informed about in the letter below:
Paper:
Dear Prime Minister Hoti,
The issue of missing persons is a matter of human rights. Furthermore, as research has shown, including future research on the Kosovo Women's Network ( S. GK) “Where's my desk?”, issue of the found one is in More Important Issues Kosovo citizens want to be addressed by the government, towards achieving lasting peace in Kosovo and the region. So this is an important issue for RGK and its members.
Since the end of the war, the people of Kosovo, and especially the families of the found persons, have repeatedly sought to address the issue of the missing, by the government, and by international actors mediating peacekeeping processes. Without addressing this key issue, you cannot has true peace for hundreds of families who have lost loved ones.
The families of the dead never stopped. Since the end of the war, they have repeatedly protested, demonstrated and raised their voices, seeking answers from the government. We have stayed with them, listening to their stories and their cries of truth.
The Kosovo government never gave this issue its deserved priority. On the contrary, for two decades, we have heard an empty promise row with few truths.
In 2009, even the calls of Mothers an organisation representing Gjakova's mothers who have not yet found their loved ones, tired of the government's empty promises, began the hunger strike. They wanted the truth. Even though the government promised, the issue was not settled then.
Among our political leaders, Saranda Bogujevci has served as one of the strongest voices we've ever had, being the very survivors of inhumane atrocities. Since the moment she was elected deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, she was elected i n Representatives of Kosovo citizens' interests raising the important issue of the dead. She has fulfilled her post as MP for him Describe Our Interests and address this serious violation of human rights.
In contrast, on the other hand, we have a government official, Deputy Prime Minister Driton Selmanaj, who not only that does not represent interests fully of Kosovo citizens, but is even directly insulting them and their representatives, such as Saranda Bogujevcin, which has represented our voices. As deputy prime minister, his statements not merely represent him as an individual, but they represent the Government of Kosovo. So through it, the government is insulting its citizens.
In 2015, Jablanovic, then Minister of Local Governance, as government representative offended the families of the unemployed. The people of Kosovo stood up and demanded their dismissal. After that, then Prime Minister Mustafa dismissed him. This is the second time such an insult comes from the government, and the result now should not be different.
So we join thousands of citizens, including those who have already signed an online petition, in calling for Selmanaj's immediate dismissal. This is the right of the people: to seek responsibility from our political leaders to represent our interests.
Since people's gatherings and mass protests are not allowed with measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, I have personally made a decision to stand before the government for an hour, every working day, starting today at 12: 00 p.m., until Selmanaj is dismissed. After many years of support for the voices of the unknown, I would not be loyal to myself and my beliefs as human rights activists, if I were to sit back and watch silently as citizens are offended by people who have been chosen to represent and protect our interests. I will remain silent, in solidarity with the families of missing persons as well as with many Kosovo citizens supporting their calls for truth and for action by our government.
Until our voices are heard!
Honestly,
Igballe Rogova
