Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti today during a virtual meeting with the National Council for Economics and Investments has asked the latter to agree on the new package of economic recovery for 2021 in many 182m euros, as well as a list of reforms for a new fiscal package early next year.
During a meeting with members of the National Council for Economics and Investments in Kosovo, which connects government activities and addresses private sector challenges, Prime Minister Hoti has stressed that despite the challenging situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, the government has nevertheless secured the functioning of most businesses.
Prime Minister Hoti has recalled that 87m euros have been earmarked during October, out of which 60m euros have been allocated to the business community, helping them stay on the market.
Otherwise, the package for economic recovery, in which the withdrawal of ten percent of the citizens from Trust is provided, has not yet moved to the Kosovo Assembly, even after seven times of approval for lack of quorum.
