Hoti '%s' VV) MP: I've made no illegal decisions like last government

At today's session of the Kosovo Assembly, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has been asked to transparency for any agreements the government signs, making public on the official page. Hoti has said the government he heads, for the first time, has decided that any decision signed by the prime minister or ministers, will be published in the official newspaper.

But deputy from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks Salih Zyba has asked the prime minister why no agreements were published with Albania.

“Mr. Hoti promised at the 11 September media conference after the government's meeting on the same afternoon day will be published on the prime minister's website, all agreements with Albania, today we are November 12th, and no such one is published”, he said.

For this, Hoti says they have taken concrete steps to ensure maximum transparency.

“We are finalising the law on judicial acts, which regulates the way all legal and underground acts are prepared and published at the level of government”, he said.

While Zyba has said that the Hoti-led government does not have the majority either to continue meetings in the Kosovo Assembly.

In his response, Hoti has said they have not made any illegal decisions, which, according to him, has happened to the preliminary government.

I have not made any decisions that are illegal, nor unconstitutional, all decisions are legal and constitutional and, for the first time in this government, a decision has been made that any decision the minister makes, or the government, signed by the minister and prime minister, is published in the official newspaper, where there is greater transparency. If a decision, or a specific agreement as mentioned by those agreements with Albania, is not immediately decided on the website of the prime minister, the official newspaper or the ministry, I take it as a warning and see where the job is stuck and for several days the issue is closed, but do not deviate from the discussion on this matter”, Hoti has said.
