The Hoti-Osman meeting comes days after the political earthquake that the Special has caused in the country, arresting four of Kosovo's most important political figures since the post-war, and then former members of the KLA General Staff.
After confirming the indictment, Kosovo has remained without president of the country, as Hashim Thaci resigned from this position.
Vjosa Osmani can stay as a U.d. The president's for six months in the event a new president is unable to vote at the Assembly session.
Unless the new president of the state is elected after that either, Kosovo could go to extraordinary elections.
