He did it during the laps he did in September of “Skenderbeut” and historic President Ibrahim Rugova have said today is a holiday for every Albanian.
This is a national holiday. We started with honours from September of Skenderbeu, which identifies the first November the largest festival of Albanians”.
We were also at President Ibrahim Rugova's September and will now continue in Prekaz, in the holy place to show honor to them and to all those who have contributed to the freedom and independence we enjoy today”, Hoti has said.
