Prime Minister Hoti has divided this communiqué, which says the Constitution guarantees the clear transition to the exercise of responsibilities without creating institutional vacuum.
It says that the “Government will perform constitutional obligations and responsibilities and co-operate with all local and international acts.”, Periscope follows.
Recently, voices from Vetevendosje have been added that require new elections in order to take power more quickly.
