Haziri said the Special Court will freeze further charges, while he says the first blow has affected Kosovo's heads of state.
The new “has come soon. The indictment has to be filed with people in custody and face justice. This is the road Kosovo” is crossing, Haziri said on a television television.
“The PDK and the VV, as well as other parties that may be affected by the Special Court, should be shown as statesmen, as others who resigned”, Haziri added.
