David Hooper is a British lawyer who has done extraordinary work in the past, he is primarily familiar with serious criminal issues and extradition, but his main area of practice over the past 20 years has been on the wide-expercessive International Criminal Law, representing those accused before the Tribunals and International Courts, the Metro newspaper broadcast.
