Results in North Carolina will be postponed by at least 45 minutes after polls in four locations have been postponed this morning, prompting officials to postpone the initial time to vote, the BBC writes, the Periscope translates.
Democrat Canadian Joe Biden is currently leading the polls, although the battle is narrower in key states, which can change the course of elections.
Both candidates have continued to travel on Election Day.
