While there was no MP in the hall, Kosovo Deputy Speaker Kujtim Shala has said that LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi, in the quality of the proposal, has demanded that this session be postponed due to recent political developments in the country.
“based on authorisation of Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani- Sadriu opens works of the extraordinary session sought by 61 MPs. As can be identified to conduct the work, this session has no quorum”.
Also, LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi in the quality of the proposor has requested on behalf of the signatory deputies the request for extraordinary session that this session, taking into account the last political situation in the country, be postponed for November 11th, Wednesday, at 11:00”.
