Haji Shala's son reagon: I Have Western Experience

MP Haxhi Shala's son has said he has had sufficient professional background that has been selected in this position.

On the other hand, he said his father had no compass to appoint MPJA officials.

Dear friends, civil society and the media of the Republic of Kosovo!

Since recently some media and portals have labelled my appointment to the general consulship of the Republic of Kosovo in the Czech Republic, in many cases judging my profile, I am giving you this clarification that:

I feel very honored and motivated that as the son of a former KLA soldier, I have had the opportunity to complete basic Master's studies and am at the conclusion of the Ph.D. at University V. SE (Prague University of Economics) in the Czech Republic.

In the consecutive position of the Republic of Kosovo, I have been appointed according to the law in force with MPJ proposals and by decree of the president of Kosovo. This whole process is based on my CV and five-year experience in position as state manager for the Balkans and as a member of the board of directors at the Czech Elanor A.C.E. Including university qualifications with the Master of Economy and the PRH candidate rank, management of economics.

If I am the son of an MP and former KLA member, it should not be an obstacle or a public debate on any Kosovo citizen to be appointed to state office, or to me.

My parents, Haxhi Shala, as a deputy of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament, have neither more nor less legal and political authority than other MPs -- so the MP has no authority to appoint or dismiss MPJ officials nor Consults and Consults.

I am honored and motivated as a prepared and educated framework in the Czech Republic, along with my Western experience, to represent the Republic of Kosovo with dignity, professionalism and caution everywhere, at any meeting, activity or duty of the General Consul.
