This is the government's final wedding decision.

1. All foreign citizens who enter the Republic of Kosovo (RKS), coming from high risk countries according to the ECDC official list, must testify via RT- PCR in Sars COV-2, which is negative with COVID-19, based on the principle of reciprocity, except for the following:

1.1 entering via International Airport “Adem Jashari” do not need proof for test RT-PCR negative, taking into account that foreign citizens will only pass through the RKS territory, and provided they sign a statement at the entrance that in the course of three hours will release the RKS territory;

1.2 During access to land border points, with the aim of exiting air points from the International Airport “Adem Jashari” and ground points, there is no need for confirmation of RT-PCR negative tests, foreign citizens are obliged to present the plane ticket and sign the declaration that within 3 hours will release the RKS territory;

1.3 Professional transporters (positors) do not need to have confirmation of the negative PCR test, provided the international transport protocol is respected;

1.4 For transport organized by bus or regular international transit lines, no test is needed RT-PCR negative, provided the declaration is signed that they will release the RKS territory within five hours;

1.5 Foreign citizens who have arranged temporary or permanent residence permit at RKS, during the RKS entry should present proof for the test RT-PCR negative, made the most distant 72 hours before entering the RKS;

1,5.1 In the event of not presenting the testimony of the negative test, foreign citizens are obliged to self-isolate for 7 days;

The 1.6 foreign diplomats who are accredited to the RKS as well as their families do not need to have proof of the test RT- PCR negative;

1.7 Foreign citizens who have set the term for treatment at health institutions in RKS can enter if they present proof for test T The negative R-PCR, done more than 72 hours before the RKS entrance, as well as the confirmation of the certain term released by the hospital;

1.8 The contractors of the personal documents issued by the RKS, but with a residence address in another country during the RKS entry, they should present proof for the test. RT-PCR negative, made the most distant 72 hours before entering the RKS.

2. All public and private institutions are obliged to manage staff performance in line with the Manual for Protection from COVID -19, and for that purpose will be inspected by competent organs.

3. All subjects offering gastronomial services such as restaurants, coffeepots and similar ones in the Republic of Kosovo were banned from operating between 9:00 and 05:00, besides “services, take it with you“ (Go away).

3.1 within the allowed hours can be worked by respecting the 2m distance between tables, as well as keeping disinfectants for hands at each table that can be used by customers. Measuring temperature is mandatory for all during entry into public and private objects.

4. There's no collection of citizens in number of more than five in public squares, parks and other public places, except for the cases allowed with this decision;

5. All public gatherings, including seminars, workshops, weddings and family parties, as well as any other form of organization where there are collections of people, except for cases allowed with this decision;

6. No public markets activity of vehicles and animals throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

7. Animal slaughter is allowed in authorized animal slaughter environments.

8. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo are allowed to participate in religious ceremonies and activities at religious sites and abroad, in accordance with the Manual for Protection from the spread of COVID -19. The temperature rate is mandatory for all during the entry into the facility.

9. All public and private institutions are subjected to holding hand and face-to-face disinfectants at access to the facility, which can be exploited by institutions and visitors.

10. All public and private institutions are permitted to set visible rules on any entry of the object (including the prevention of mask-free access, duty to respect distance and so on), in line with the Manual for Protection from the spread of COVID -19.

11. Cultural activities of the MKRS and municipalities, Teatro, Library, Philharmonic, Gallery, Ensambles, Ballet, Cinema, Youth Centres, Museum, Culture Centres with groups are allowed in part, using only 30 %s of the space/sides of the respective objects. The percentage of space use will be applied to all activity in both performance and exercise, always in line with the Manual for Protection From the Spread of COVID -19. The temperature rate is mandatory for all during entry.

Twelve. Allowed sports activities in closed and open spaces, exercises and competitions can be organized in individual sports; in closed spaces, as many as 20 people can participate in the exercise, while as many as 50 people, based on local and international sports protocols and instruction based on the Manual for Protection From the Spread of COVID -19, can participate. Measuring temperature is mandatory during entry into closed sports objects as well as in open sports spaces.

13. Fits are allowed, as well as closed swimming pools for individual recreative activities using only 40 %s of spaces, in line with the Manual for Protection From the Spread of COVID -19. The temperature rate is mandatory for all during entry into objects.

14. All subjects offering public transportation (autobus, nation, taxi) to work with halved capacity in terms of the number of passengers they carry to allow the necessary space for each traveler.

15. It is required by all municipalities to fully reactivate their local headquarters.

16. Public and private nesting activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo require assessment and supervision by municipal authorities in the Manual for protection from the spread of COVID -19. The temperature rate is mandatory for all during entry into objects.

17. People with chronic illnesses and pregnant women are released from work performance, and employers are instructed to create conditions for their online commitment from home.

18. People over the age of 65 are allowed out of the house during 6:00- 10:00 and 1600-19:00. Out of this time they have the right to go out only for health needs.

Nineteen. Teaching in all institutions of higher, public and private education is organised in online form. Meanwhile, exams, practical and laboratory work are organised normally, but by respecting all recommendations of the IKSHPK and MSH.

20. All shopping centres on the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo are banned from activity between 9:00 and 05 a.m.

21. responsibilities of public institutions, private enterprises and whatever other subject are committed to taking strict measures to prevent the spread of infection within their institutions, making continued disinfectation and taking all necessary measures.

22. KKMF medical teams, leading Family Medicine Centres, are engaged with the support of the Kosovo Police, to do control of travellers entering the border points: Merdara, Vermica, Kule, Hani Elez, Jarinje, the White Mail and ANP “Adem Jashari”.

23. Municipal stations for preventing the epidemic, health and QKMF management, will monitor up to two weeks the performance of the health of infected persons and report on daily bases in the QRSHP-IKSHPK for undertaken activities and the situation on the ground.

24. The municipalities are instructed to step up efforts to implement household health services for chronically ill people.

25. The Ministry of Labour and Social Management, in line with the situation created and according to the recommendations of the IKSHPK and the MSH, I am instructed to free myself from regular performance for the purposes of obtaining all the beneficiaries of the schemes and products managed by MPMS.

26. Student dorms and messes work by respecting IKSHPK recommendations.

27. For all violators of these measures, including public and private institutions management that are tasked with implementing measures for protection from COVID-19, competent organs are obliged to pronounce conform penal measures No. 07/l-006 for the Prevention and Combating of Covid-19 Pandem on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

28. This decision will be assessed within two weeks, depending on the epidemiological situation, and will be worth another decision.
