Albanian top diplomat Gent Cakaj has spoken after Serbia's refusal to give him the title “Honourary Citizen” of Bujanoc. Cakaj also talks about speculation that he is becoming part of the PDK.
Cakaj has seen more important the political assessment made to him by Bujanovac's institutional representatives, while saying he does not back down from statements against Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
From Vuciq and his friends in office, incumbent diplomacy chief in Albania has called for rational reflection, as well as distance from, as he calls the Serbian criminal past in Kosovo.
Among other things, Albania's foreign policy diplomatic representative has also spoken about institutional co-operation between the country, where he is exercising his duty and his homeland -- Kosovo -- on the international level -- as he said inter-institutional communication between the two countries takes place on a daily basis.
On the other hand, he has also talked about his political future, as he has clarified that he will not be part of any political subject in Kosovo.
As far as Albania's position is concerned about its non-permanent mandate at the UN Security Council, Cakaj has expressed optimism about the support given to countries in the wider region.
<x0) No. I do not plan to become part of any of the political parties in Kosovo. Any other claim is just speculation of the false news dealers”, he said.
