“Freedom Has Name”, platform aimed at documenting freedom

“Freedom Has Name” has held a media conference to announce public opinion about the newest platform, which aims to make its contribution to the renewed debate on our journey as a society towards freedom and on values that should be the ideal of our society and the foundation of the state of Kosovo, reports Online Economy.

The functioning of Kosovo society and the state of Kosovo as a project have certain values which are the precondition of both. Among these values is the universal idea of freedom, such as necessity and consciousness, and the journey and effort to achieve that value are hit on two sides, one of the lack of a political-cultural memory and on the other, by malicious misinterpretations that contribute to the relativism of these values.

There are the same values that must be accepted by all, and the greatest contribution to realising this social goal can be made through argument and rational debates on our collective memory.

“Freedom Has Name” is the platform which in line with these needs of deliberately re-constructing an open and stray debate will organise various activities by which it aims to produce a new dimension in this widespread debate.

So young people with creative ideas that consider they can help the platforms contact and represent the ones where they will find the support and space they need to achieve those ideas.

Ismail Dasol from this initiative, said they have seen the need to re-arrange the path towards freedom.

We're a group of people with similar threats. We have seen the need to re-arrange our steps towards freedom. The ideals of that journey are being deliberately changed. We have several annual reference points that would help us build common priorities. Among these values is freedom. In a general survey, we want to re-act our way to our freedom”, he said.

Eliza Hoxha, expressed that this group of people is aimed at narrating paperwork.

This group of people's goodwill aims at ravaging freedom with documentation so that our future generations will have a pride. It's an open group that can come to any politicians and actors. Umbrella, which includes the initiative, has many names without using them for certain political purposes. Let's raise this issue to make matters of collective discussion, have a mirror.

Burbuke Berisha said priority should be given to those who have contributed to this country.

We're together to set the cause of freedom. Much has resulted from the people from us. We haven't had a country or an army but people have come to build things step by step. We must give priority to those who have contributed to this country. It is time for people who have joined the armed forces to be documented. The reason is for our collective memory not to forget the freedom path”, she said.
