With deep sorrow we announce that today at the age of 89, Ekrem Murtezai” academic life changed.
A SHAK suggests that the Ekrem Murtezai academics were born in Gjakova, where they conducted elementary school and took classes at the Great Merdresa of Gjakova. In 1948 he enrolled in the Normal School of Gjakova, and in 1951 he graduated from Pec.
He studied philosophy at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy. After studying until the end of the '60s, he worked teaching in normal school and in Gjakova High School, where he was also director. From 1969 until 1973, he was in charge of independent adviser to the Executive Bureau of Yugoslavia's Central Communist Liaison Committee (LKJ) and at the same time chief of Fadil Hoxha's cabinet, who was then a member of the Executive Bureau. Meanwhile, he finished postgraduate studies for politicalology at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. In 1973, the history of ancient and medieval philosophy and Marxist philosophy was chosen legalist at Pristina University Faculty of Philosophy (UP), where in 1977 it defended the doctor's dissertation thesis called “Lenin for dialectic logic”. He was a regular professor of subjects mentioned during 1983-1991 but also of other philosophical subjects - aesthetics, logic, classical German philosophy, contemporary philosophy, and so on. For a time, he also legalized methodology and scientific research techniques in the Albanian branch and literature. During 1973-1981, he was director of the Marxist District Education Center. There were other tasks in the education institutions.
