The Durres prosecution has closed investigations into the collapse of 7 objects in this city after the November 26th earthquake, as a result of which 23 people died.
The prosecution's body has sent 16 people for trial, while setting out to drop prosecution for criminal action “Disuse of duty” for citizen Defrem Celami and Ahmet Doda.
The charges of 16 defendants include carefree suicide, duty use, document falsification and land use.
