Documents Serbian sources published match special indictment

The co-ordination between the Special Court and Serbia has not been welcomed to Kosovo. Days ago some Serbian leaders have confirmed that some 50,000 pages of documents have been handed over to former KLA leaders in full co-ordination with the Special Court, which is currently being tried for Kosovo war crimes. This emison has published documents [...]

In this emison has published Serbia's documents where, at all points, match the relevant charges charged on former KLA leaders who have been published edited.

Parliamentary Commission for Kosovo in Serbia Chairman Milovan Drechun in an interview has said that after seeing the indictment, referring to the indictment against former President Hashim Thaci, former Prime Minister Jakup Krasniqi, the former head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, and former chief of the Kosovo Intelligence Service Kadri Veselini against former Vetvendosje deputies' chief, Rexhep Selimi, with the boast he has contributed to this subject.

I have a list of what we've given to the Special Court, and I see that almost all of the data is in Aktakuza”, Drake said.

But prior to this top Serbian official, the Republic of Serbia's security facilities had also produced this document, which brings inDoks. It's over six years old. In this document, the full 50 times has been named as Hashim Thaci, until 156 Albanians have been listed.

Even the title of this propagandistic material of security structures from Serbia, which is written in English, refers to the KLA leaders roughly as the new Special Court indictment: Organised Criminal Group.

In this profile that Serb structures have made for Hashim Thaci, except as the KLA organiser, they also claimed responsibility for alleged crimes that took place in concrete locations. He is accused of visiting Klechka several times and allegedly killed civilians. Mostly Serbs. In this Serbian document, Hashim Thaci is accused of using the influence and structures created with the KLA to intimidate political officials.

Both of these charges are very similar, even in the indictment filed by the prosecution at The Hague. Atpoint 32 of the prosecution's indictment at The Hague charges Hashim Thaci, and the other three who after the war used methods of intimidation against opponents. Same as in the Serbian propaganda document.

The Special Act says that among the “opponents included persons who were, or who were considered collaborators or bound by force, officials or state institutions of Serbia, what was left of the former Yugoslavia, or those who did not support the objectives or methods of the KLA and later of the Interim Government, among whom persons related to the LDK, Serbians, Roma and persons of other nationalities.

As in the Serbian propaganda document, the special indictment of indictees in the recent indictment is charged with responsibility for what allegedly occurred in Klecka's disappearance. The 112th special indictment point has brought this location into the crimes that have been committed against Serb civilians.

Rexhep Selimi, the other indictee from the prosecution in The Hague on the other side, has been mentioned at least nine times in the Serbian propaganda document. A special profile has been made for him. It is even accused that immediately after the war, in co-ordination with Thaci, they have established a unit called “The Eagles of Zeza” that for their own work have had the murder of not Albanians as well as political opponents. He in this document is initially accused of having, along with other KLA members, killed two civilians in a Kline village, at least.

Even the Special Act gives Selim the same important roles as Serbian propaganda. The term has only been adapted to the Special Act, and it has been given the role of leader of the KLA operative, as well as the chief inspector of this army.

The Special Act charges Hashim Thaci's Rexhep Selimi together, who, according to them, as of September 1998 in the Dukagjin operational zone, they took steps to intimidate and establish their power over units linked to the LDK, including the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kosovo linked to the exiled government of Bujarkishi
