She said on television that this number is insufficient, given the nature of the work they have.
“We have said that our justice institutions must be empowered. In the Special Prosecutor, we only have three prosecutors dealing with war crimes, terrorism, crime or money laundering. Given the nature of war crimes cases, three special prosecutors are insufficient to handle war crimes cases.
Haxhiu has added that the Vetevendosje Movement has already opposed the Special Court, as it says the same is ethnic and unilateral.
She has added further that this court will judge the organisational structure of UCK, which, according to her, is deforming the historical truth.
After this act, Kosovo is coming up the gelatin of Serbia victim. If you've seen the indictment, it's not about actual findings, but it's special speculation”, she added.
She has said that Hoti Government would have to leave power, because according to her, it cannot be said that this is a matter of justice and wait for what the Special Court is doing.
Haxhiu has said the VV has had purposes and plans even at the time the Special Court was rejected.
She has said the Government needs to leave because, according to her, it cannot be continued with a government that has numbers or people's support.
