The death toll by the quake that hit Turkey's Aegean region rose to 49, the country's Disaster Management and Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) announced.
The agency said that by this time, there have been 850 post-tours, of which 40 stronger than four.
Research and rescue activities are continuing in the coastal province of Izmir, the Anadolu Agency reports.
At least 896 people have been injured by the 6.6 magnitude earthquake since Friday, it rocked Izmir.
A total of 682 victims have been released from hospitals, while 214 are still being treated.
