Just nine days before early municipal elections, Komuna Deputy Chairman Nedzim Rudari announced members of staff regarding the current epidemiology situation in the municipality.
Podujevo has been classified among high-risk municipalities due to the large number of people infected in proportion to its number, writes Periscope.
Rudari said that even after taking last measures by the government, for limiting movement and activities, there is a worsening situation with pandemic in recent days.
He claimed that a total of 1229 cases have been recorded in the municipality, out of which 811 have healed, while 388 remain active cases
30 people have lost their lives in this municipality since the beginning of the pandemic, including the first person on the country level. /Periscope
