For his visit, he had reported to his Facebook account as well, but it is not known whether he knew the indictment had been confirmed.

Otherwise, the indictment against Hashim Thaci is confirmed on October 26, 2020. He was transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague on November 5th.
His first appearance in the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Trial Hall in The Hague will be held on November 9th at 1500 p.m.
