In a Facebook writing, he wrote that Bislim while he was minister, allowed banks to re-program loans with extra profits, and made sure that the only businesses not hit by the big closure are banks.
And after that, Bislim is becoming more concerned with bank profits than with other civic issues.

Besnik Bislimi, professor of economics, VV finance minister, for the benefit of banks, is thinking!
