A 2012 act of justice clearly specifys the decisions, which are prohibited by the perpetrators of the Kosovo president's office.
Of the six competencies that he cannot exercise/what he exercises in the duty of the head of state, the Constitution had also listed the appointment and dismissal of diplomatic mission chiefs.
