Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has talked about managing the COVID-19 pandemic, while the death and affected figures are on the rise.
Albania is currently under even more strict measures where the movement is banned, only for specific reasons, from 10:00 to 0600.
Rama has satisfied everyone's curiosity by giving the answer whether there will be a second closure, right? He said he does not believe in closure, hoping the measures will be respected by citizens.
There is a difficult winter waiting for us. In the Spanish flu, the second wave has been what's caused the greatest devastation, we're in a situation not even among the most alarming, nor is it easier to control, but to look at capacity numbers. The biggest problem of this shock is that the first is not a common flu, and the second number can rapidly increase to the extent of blocking the capacity system. I don't believe in general closure that there's a need to maintain a balance and I think that if we respect the rules, if we wear the masks, we keep the distance we have many of us”.
No one can say this, but we are prepared differently from what is spoken of and slandered that we are prepared and well prepared. All measures for whether to be re-closed or for reopening are all planned by the expert committee. You can't plan everything for something unknown. We have to trust our experts, it's actually a book to prove. Nowhere does all oil and this offensive blow ever lasting. We actually have 30 per cent of open capacities today, while we have a new hospital and we are today with 550 available beds that can go up to 1600”, Rama said at “Open” in Top Channel.
