How did the clash between VV) and LDK deputies begin in the Kosovo Assembly?

The clash has initially begun between LDK's Parallamentary Group chief Arben Gashi and VV) deputy Arber Raja.

Later in this clash, other MPs, from both parties, were involved.

Before the crash, there was a heated debate about the unknown.
