European Union diplomacy chief Josep Borell has declared that he expects Joe Biden's administration to have a strong partnership with the EU on all issues, because it does not compete in the Balkans, especially as he said when it comes to Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Borell said Kosovo and Serbia should find a solution and that according to him the EU will not dictate it.
Borell made these comments in an interview for “Nezavisne” and “Politicki.ba”
Among other things, he stressed that several months ago the proposal was the exchange of territories.
“Several months ago there was a proposal to exchange territories. But this is no longer an option”, Borrell said, adding that there are EU countries opposing the exchange of territories.
