Bislimi has recalled Beden's past, saying he is a friend of Albanians.
But he says Kosovars should not expect miracles when Biden comes to the helm of the White House.
Despite his opinion there were many Serbs supporting Beden, Bislimi confessed that Serbia gathered millions to finance the campaign of incumbent President Donald Trump.
“Serbo-Americans have raised about $18m for Trump”, he said.
