Joe Biden has won at least three of Maine's four electoral votes.
Democrat Joe Biden has won at least three of Maine's four electoral votes in his bid to defeat President Donald Trump, the AP reports.
Beden won the race for the whole country and the 1st region of Congress, valid for three electoral votes.
Trump, meanwhile, hoped to claim an electoral vote in a victory at the 2nd District of Congress. District 2 of Congress has not been summoned yet.
Maine split its electoral votes four years ago, giving three Democrats Hillary Clinton and a Trump, which won the most rural and conservative areas of the Maine Congress.
This was the first time in the history of the state that Maine split its electoral votes.
