Appeal confirms the sentences to Hashim, Kadri Rexhepi

According to Appeal, the accused in question has been found guilty because of the criminal act “Misery”. Hashimi has been sentenced to prison sentences for three years and nine months, while accused Rexhepi of serving a three-year prison sentence.

“The Court of Appeals has found that the conviction filed with complaint contains no essential violation of the dissaptations of the criminal procedure, that the actual situation has been proved correctly and completely, and that the rights provisions of material quality” have also been applied, the panel says.
