On Facebook he has said that when Kosovo institutions in hours made anti-trial decisions - COVID19, citizens of Kosovo, however, respected the decision.
When it comes to citizens' sentences, we are seeing that these same institutions have prompted police officers, and especially young police officers to condemn without speaking twice”, he says.
Syla adds that the sentence would have to precede warnings, for she adds that citizens do not know by whips and sentences.

When Kosovo institutions within hours made anti-trial decisions - COVID19, citizens of Kosovo, however, respected the decision.
When it comes to citizens ' punishments, we see that the same institutions have encouraged police officers, especially young police officers, to condemn without speaking twice.
The sentence would have to be warned. Not citizens are conscious of whips and sentences, but with other measures, the same as in EU countries. Taking into account unemployment and extreme poverty in the country, these measures should urgently be changed. If this continues, the Ministry of Health and Internal Affairs will be transformed into the Ministry of Plachca, the Coronavirus will flourish as citizens become poorer.
