SBASK Chairman Nundman Jasharaj said this demand has come on the basis of the calendar the Ministry of Education and Science published on September 14th.
Jasharaj said that based on information at 90 percent of school institutions, the SBASK decision is being respected.
” We wanted Monday to be a day off to the Flag Day. This is from the calendar he published. The UN on September 14th. Based on the communications we have with local chiefs, 90 percent of schools are respecting the request of SBASK”.
Of course, there's variation. There are schools that opened the doors to keep instruction. But the number of seniors is very small, according to information. In 18 municipalities that we have currently communicated 90 percent of school institutions are respecting the” requirement.
We're at a meeting of information for other locations, and during the day we're going to launch communiqués with precise data”.
