Over 52 million cases of COVID-19 worldwide

The number of people suffering from coronarys around the world since the beginning of the epidemic has reached 52 million and 24 thousand and 841, the Worldometer portal announced today.

So far, 36 million and 531 thousand 460 people have recovered from the virus, while 1 million and 282 thousand and 944 have died.

Currently there are 14 million and 210 thousand active cases, of which one percent are in critical condition.

The worst situation is in the United States with 10.5 million people infected, followed by India with 8.6 million, Brazil 5.7, Russia 1.8, and today the group of countries with one million patients joined Italy.

In Europe, the highest number of patients are in Russia, France, Spain, and Great Britain, where the largest death toll rate was recorded at 49,770.
