51-year-old shooter in Lipjan, caught by police

The case has been confirmed for Express, Kosovo Police spokesman Agron Borovci.

“Today about 1600 was reported shooting at the village of Shala in the municipality of Lipjan. Police have quickly handled the information and are on the scene.
