The situation with Avid-19 in Europe is not comforting. Authorities in France warn that more than 40 percent of beds in intensive therapies in the region of Ile de France are already occupied by coronary patients. According to them, 445 people are being treated in local hospitals, including the capital Paris. It's about France's most populated region of over 12 million people. While authorities warn that the level of exposure to intensive therapies may reach 50 percent within two weeks, some hospitals have begun to review planned operations. The growth of patients in intensive therapies comes as Paris exacerbated anti-David measures from Tuesday, closing all bars, cafes, gyms and swimming pools, A2 reports.
Also, the German capital, Berlin, ordered the closure of restaurants and bars between 11 p.m. and 6:00 in the morning. According to the mayor, Michael Müller, if not done now, another isolation will be restored.
Of the Belgian Friday, they will have to limit close contacts to a maximum of three people when they are out of the house, while Finland, which recorded 227 new cases in one day, plans restrictions on opening houses and restaurants.
The Czech authorities are also on alert, as the country registered a new record of over 4400 infections in 24 hours and 13 deaths. Over the last 14 days, Chekhia has marked the highest number of new cases for 100,000 people in the European Union. Record daily figures also reported Bulgaria, Poland and Ukraine. The latter recorded over 4700 infections, including 219 children and 77 deaths. In Bulgaria there were 436 cases and 8 deaths in 24 hours.
