The Kosovo Assembly has failed to cast the proposed resolution by the Vetevendosje Movement for Association by tonight, as only 31 MPs were present in the hall.
Prior to that, Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group chief Rexhep Selimi has invited MPs to support the resolution of this party, with which the Parliament prohibits any efforts leading to changing constitutional order through the creation of third-power entities in Kosovo.
After the Constitutional Court act in the case of KO 130/15 agreement to establish the association of Serb majority municipalities is invalid, unmet. Kosovo's Assembly prohibits any efforts or actions that lead towards violating or changing constitutional order and judicial and unitary character of the state towards the asymmetric exercise of local central government or towards the creation of third power entities within Kosovo. Three, the Kosovo Assembly does not support any conversation that reverts the issue of association of majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo, as the topic no Kosovo public official has competencies or authorisations and is not allowed to talk about the issue”, he said.
The third interest in today's session with Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti was realised according to MP Rexhep Selimi's request, backed by 6 LVV GP deputies regarding the prime minister's statement and stance on implementing the agreement for association of Serb majority municipalities.
